Most AI engagements start with a six-figure discovery phase, slide decks full of maturity models, and a pilot that never touches real data. The Innovation Lab is the opposite. Fixed price, fixed timeline, fixed outcome: a working prototype on your real EPM data, and an honest answer about whether to scale it.

How it works

Week 1 · Scope

We pick one EPM problem worth solving with AI. Not the showiest one — the one with the clearest value if it works. Data access, success criteria, and stop conditions are agreed up front.

Week 2 · Build

We build the AI-powered prototype against your real data, in your environment. The senior team does the work. No off-shore handoff, no junior analyst learning on your project.

Week 3 · Test

Your team runs the prototype against the success criteria from week 1. We sit with you. We watch what happens. We document what works and what doesn’t.

Week 4 · Decide

You get a clear go/no-go recommendation, the working prototype, the underlying code and data, and a one-page roadmap if you decide to scale. No upsell, no lock-in.

You can name a specific Oracle EPM workflow that costs your team meaningful time, money, or risk every period. You are not exploring AI in the abstract — you have a problem and you suspect AI changes the math.

You can give us real data

A Lab against synthetic data is a demo, not a proof. You need to be able to give us access to representative data — even if it’s a subset, even if it’s anonymised — within the first week.

You want a real answer

A Lab can end with “no, this is not worth scaling” — and that is a successful outcome. If you need a vendor who will tell you what you want to hear, this is the wrong engagement.

You can decide in a month

The whole point is to compress the AI discovery cycle from quarters to weeks. If your organisation cannot make a go/no-go call in four weeks, the Lab is the wrong vehicle and we will tell you so.
