Siva Manickam is a technology executive, enterprise architect, and co-founder of EPM Analytics AI, a consulting firm focused on transforming finance organizations through AI-driven Enterprise Performance Management and advanced analytics. With over 20 years of experience across global consulting and technology firms including Cognizant, IBM, KPMG, HCL, Hitachi Consulting, and The Hackett Group, Siva has led large-scale finance and data transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Throughout his career, he has specialized in Oracle EPM platforms, master data and data architecture, enterprise analytics, and finance modernization, helping organizations streamline planning, consolidation, and reporting processes while enabling predictive insights and data-driven decision making.

Siva has also managed large global consulting and delivery practices of more than 150 professionals, overseeing complex program delivery, architecture strategy, and client engagements worldwide. Known for combining deep technical expertise with business strategy, he works closely with finance leaders to design scalable platforms that turn enterprise data into actionable intelligence.
