Sivakumar has been delivering EPM solutions since Hyperion was its own company. Thirty years across Planning, Consolidation, Profitability & Cost Management, and Narrative Reporting — through every major Oracle EPM release, and every Hyperion release before that.

Three decades of shipping the work means he can tell you which problems are worth solving and which the industry has been re-selling for a decade. He built EPM Analytics AI around a conviction that the next generation of Oracle EPM is not a bigger team or a longer roadmap — it is smarter tools applied by senior specialists who have shipped the work.
